Classroom Mode: One place to plan, track, and prove in-person safety training

Written by Jo Milonis | Apr 23, 2025 9:22:32 AM

In high-risk industries, organizing classroom safety training sessions isn’t just hard — it’s operationally disruptive. Across global sites, rotating shifts, and mixed workforces, HSE teams and site leads spend too much time just trying to make training happen:

Scheduling was fragmented.

Tracking was manual.

Proving compliance felt like chasing paperwork instead of preventing incidents.

So we built something better — a unified, digital system to organize, deliver, and track safety training end-to-end, with frontline realities in mind right inside Pixaera.

Let’s see how we made that happen.

What’s new

Pixaera’s Classroom Mode now includes built-in tools to schedule, manage, and measure in-person training — from session creation to real-time feedback. You can:

  • Schedule training by site, room, date, and module

  • Assign instructors and add training participants (employees or contractors)

  • Track attendance with ID or email validation

  • Capture post-session survey feedback instantly via QR code

All in one simple, digital system designed to support your entire safety training workflow. No spreadsheets, no silos, no guesswork. Here’s how.

Schedule new training sessions

Pick the module, set a time and date, select a site, room, and instructor. Once scheduled, the session appears on your dashboard with a clear "Upcoming" label. Need to add participants? You can do that any time — one by one or in bulk. It’s a quick, intuitive process that puts you in full control.

Training calendar oversight

You can see completed, canceled, or scheduled training sessions in a single dashboard. You can filter sessions by date, location, or status and export the data whenever you need it for audits and reporting. For safety managers overseeing multi-site operations, this means faster insights and better decisions.

Edit without friction

Plans change — and your system should flex with them. Reschedule, duplicate, or cancel any session on the fly. You’re in control, even when the worksite shifts unexpectedly.

Reliable attendance tracking

When the session is complete, manually mark who showed up. Validate each person using their ID or email. It's simple — and it makes your records authoritative.

Verified attendance records make it easy to track who's completed training. No gaps, no guesswork — just clean, reliable data. This creates a single source of truth for who trained, where, and when. Say goodbye to missing files, forgotten spreadsheets, and compliance uncertainty.

One system for all participants

Managing mixed crews? No problem. Add employees and contractors to the same workflow. Use ID numbers for staff, and email for contractors. Assign them to sites or contractor groups. Everyone is included, no one is missed. That means better records, better oversight, and fewer mistakes.

Frontline feedback, captured fast

Once the session ends, workers are prompted to complete a short post-training survey — accessible instantly via a QR code on their mobile devices. The survey is standardized, matches the language of the training, and requires no setup. It’s a natural part of the training flow, capturing fresh insights when they’re most valuable.

Results feed back into your dashboard to flag knowledge gaps or fine-tune sessions. It’s the final step in a fully connected process — turning training delivery into measurable impact.

Designed for how real sites operate

Too often, safety training is a box to check — siloed from daily work. But when sessions are hard to schedule, inconsistent, or undocumented, the risks don’t go away. They just go unseen.

This update brings clarity, speed, and accountability to a process that’s been too manual for too long. It’s built specifically for the complexities of high-risk environments, from remote worksites to rotating crews.

If your safety team still relies on paperwork, now’s the time to switch.
